KneezUp is run by SMG Digital Limited. By signing in you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard licence for apps from the App Store. They're short, and mostly common sense.

Be decent

There is no place on KneezUp for abuse. Don't post anything that's harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit without the consent of everyone in it, or illegal, and don't share photos of people who wouldn't want them shared. We don't tolerate it: we take down content that breaks these rules and remove the people who post it.

Reporting and blocking

You can report any photo, POA or person on a trip from the app, and block anyone so their photos and POAs are hidden from you and they can't add you to a trip. We look at every report within 24 hours, take down what breaks these rules, and remove repeat offenders.

What you add

What you add to a trip is yours, and only the people on that trip can see it. You give us permission to store it and show it to them so the app works. Delete it, leave the trip, or delete your account whenever you like.

Money

The tab keeps track of who paid for what and suggests who owes who. KneezUp never holds or moves money; settling up is between you and your mates.

The small print

We work hard to keep KneezUp running and your trips safe, but we provide it as it is and can't promise it'll never go wrong. We aren't responsible for the plans, bookings or places you arrange through it. Nothing here affects your rights under UK consumer law.
